By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from booking our services.
To book our services, please fill out the quote form on our website, call us at (817) 298-7706, or reach out to us on Instagram. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but we cannot guarantee availability and menu changes will not be possible.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be detailed in the quote we provide to you. We have a minimum order of 15 servings.
Final payment is typically due before the event. For certain events, we may offer a coupon-based payment model, where you pre-purchase a set number of coupons to be redeemed by your guests. This model may require a higher deposit.
All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to our availability.
Our standard service area is El Paso, Texas, and surrounding areas within a 1-hour drive. We are happy to travel to events outside of our standard service area. For events outside of our standard service area, all travel costs (including transportation and accommodation, if necessary) must be covered by the client, and a travel fee of $250 will be applied.
We can accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, nut allergies, and vegetarian options. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens.
Gather & Graze is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other damages that may occur during your event.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA.
